Prior to delivery, every rehoused lens at Whitepoint Optics undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. This procedure is carried out by a technician other than the one responsible for assembly, providing an independent evaluation with a fresh perspective.

Our quality control procedure includes:

- Verification of mechanical integrity and smooth operation

- Calibration check to confirm scale markings and measurements are accurate

- Assessment of optical performance to verify compliance with Whitepoint Optics standards

- Inspection of external details, including engraving accuracy and overall finish

Only after passing this rigorous inspection is a lens cleared for shipment. This protocol ensures that each Whitepoint Optics rehoused lens meets the highest professional standards, both technically and aesthetically.

Approximately 95% of our lenses are produced using advanced CNC machining, ensuring repeatable tolerances and reliability across every set.

For the remaining 5% we rely on manual in-house machining. These lenses demand the kind of precision and tactile feedback that requires the precision and care of a watchmaker, a standard that most of our employees meet thanks to their professional training.
