Great news: Makron will modernize six storage and retrieval machines (SRMs) at Hartwall Oy Ab’s production facility in Lahti, Finland.

With this modernization, our shared goal is to secure reliable high-bay warehouse operations, enhance performance, and ensure safe, efficient use well into the future. Makron brings extensive experience from similar modernization projects, supporting our customers’ production and intralogistics needs.

LAB University of Applied Sciences has selected Makron as the supplier for its new pilot plant.

Makron will design and deliver the process equipment and supporting infrastructure to LAB Biofine’s facilities on the Lappeenranta campus in Finland.

“This procurement strengthens LAB Biofine’s role as a developer of biomaterial solutions, a provider of piloting environments, and an enabler of industrial-scale production,” says Janne Roslöf, Dean of Faculty of Technology at LAB.

Servica Oy improved occupational safety and space utilization with a customized storage solution.

Servica Oy is responsible for sterile processing services at Kuopio University Hospital, Finland. The sterile processing department needed to facilitate the daily handling of instrument washing racks and improve ergonomics. When no ready-made solution was available, Makron designed and delivered a tailored solution built to fit the space and support everyday work.

What a great day at our factory in Estonia! We had the pleasure of hosting our customers Mölnlycke Juhani Valkonen and Patrik Långsjö, and Swisslog Martin Palmqvist, as they visited to see the conveyor manufacturing process in action. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet in person and walk through the production stages of our ongoing project in Mölnlycke Mikkeli.
