Knäredssågen investerar i Finnos mätram till såglinjen!

Knäredssågen har investerat i en ny mätram med optimering till sin såglinje.

Denna gång i nära samarbete med Finnos. Investeringen är ett steg i bolagets fortsatta arbete med att effektivisera produktionen och säkerställa hög precision i sågprocessen.
Den nya mätramen från Finnos är utvecklad för att ge noggrann och tillförlitlig mätdata direkt i produktionen. Genom denna installation skapas bättre förutsättningar för optimering av sågprocessen och ett mer effektivt råvaruutnyttjande.

För Finnos innebär projektet ytterligare ett samarbete med en svensk sågverksaktör som satsar på modern mätteknik.
Finnos är glada över att få samarbeta med Knäredssågen i detta projekt. Med den senaste tekniken kan kunden nu få bättre beslutsunderlag i realtid och därmed optimera sina processer och maximera värdet av varje stock.

Keiteleen uudelle tasaamolle asennettu ja otettu käyttöön Finnoksen Board Scanner sekä kosteusmittari. Tämän mittarin myötä Keiteleen kaikilla kolmella laitoksella, Alajärvellä, Kemijärvellä sekä Keiteleellä ovat Finnoksen lautamittarit ja kosteusmittarit käytössä tasaamoilla.

Finnos’ Board Scanner and moisture meter have been installed and commissioned at Keitele’s new planing mill. With this installation, all three of Keitele’s plants — Alajärvi, Kemijärvi, and Keitele — now use Finnos board scanners and moisture meters at their planing mills.
