A great clamp for securing irregularly shaped workpieces.
Our self-adjustable clamp model features a self-aligning ball pressure screw inserted into the clamp jaw. The ball bearing at the end is made of steel and equipped with torsion protection, enabling the ball to self-adjust up to 9 degrees. This enhances flexibility in clamping irregular-shaped parts and castings.

There are two variations available for this model. You can take a model with one self-adjustable jaw or choose a model with self-adjustable jaws in both ends.

When you require a strong and reliable clamping system to withstand high machining forces, the Multi-Rail System’s largest model RH is the ideal choice.

In 2021, SK Machining purchased a horizontal machine with 12 pallet pool. Because the company machines a variety of products from small to large workpieces, SK Machining had difficulty finding a suitable fixturing system.

The company invested in OK-VISE Multi-Rail System and the experience has been very positive. The flexibility of the system fits extremely well with the pallet system, and the ability to clamp multiple workpieces brings several benefits. There are many various clamping elements as standard products, which gives more adjustability to this modular fixturing system.
