When next-generation materials meet bold creative vision 💫

We’re proud to unveil the second designer collaboration for with Finnish fashion designer Sami Eskelinen.

The Watcher is a sculptural designer bag that combines a 3D-printed frame, BrightBio® coated textile and Finnish craftsmanship, showcasing how material innovation and contemporary design come together.

The Watcher will make its first public appearance this week at Qstock through a live collaboration with Finnish artist 𝓝𝓮𝓷𝓮.

Last week, we took a moment to celebrate the people behind Brightplus.

Together with our team and shareholders, we raised the Brightplus flag to recognize everything we have achieved so far. Every milestone has been made possible by talented people, curiosity, resilience and the belief that better, more sustainable materials can make a real difference.

We hope this will become a new Brightplus summer tradition, celebrating not only what has been accomplished, but also everything that still lies ahead.

Warm thank you to all our employees for your dedication, and to our shareholders for believing in our vision and supporting our journey.

Two weeks at Brightplus 🌞

Our summer employees, Eemeli and Heini, have now completed their two-week summer job period at Brightplus. We asked for their thoughts at the end of their work period.

Their days have included a wide variety of tasks, from maintenance and supporting daily operations to testing and measuring different material properties. Both highlighted the diversity of their work and the opportunity to learn something new every day as the most rewarding parts of their experience.

During their summer work period, they have gained hands-on experience with material testing, learned to use new equipment, and explored the many possibilities behind the development of sustainable materials. At the same time, they have built valuable workplace skills and perhaps even discovered new ideas for their future careers.
