🚛 Not every vehicle design calls for a side line.

Parlok Oy:n toimitusjohtaja vaihtuu 1.6.2026.
Topi-Matti Viitanen on nimitetty yhtiön toimitusjohtajaksi.

Viitanen on työskennellyt Parlokilla lähes kymmenen vuoden ajan ja toiminut useissa johtotehtävissä tuotannon, laadun, talouden ja kaupallisten toimintojen parissa, viimeisimpänä kaupallisena johtajana. Ennen Parlokille siirtymistään hän työskenteli Valmet Automotivella, Pilkington Automotivella ja NMC Cellfoamilla.

Nykyinen toimitusjohtaja Jari Salminen jatkaa yhtiön tukemista advisor-roolissa sekä hallituksen jäsenenä.

– Parlokilla on vahva perusta, osaava henkilöstö ja hyvät mahdollisuudet jatkaa kasvuaan myös tulevaisuudessa. Odotan innolla, että pääsemme yhdessä kehittämään toimintaamme edelleen asiakkaidemme parhaaksi, Viitanen sanoo.

Parlok Oy will appoint a new Managing Director as of 1 June 2026.
Topi-Matti Viitanen has been appointed as the company's Managing Director.

Viitanen has worked at Parlok for nearly ten years and has held several leadership positions in production, quality, finance and commercial operations, most recently serving as Commercial Director. Prior to joining Parlok, he held positions at Valmet Automotive, Pilkington Automotive and NMC Cellfoam.

The current Managing Director, Jari Salminen, will continue to support the company in an advisory role and as a member of the Board of Directors.

“Parlok has a strong foundation, highly skilled personnel and excellent opportunities for continued growth in the future. I look forward to working together with our team to further develop our operations for the benefit of our customers,” says Viitanen.

Jonas Rosberg työskentelee Parlokilla lähettämössä ja varastossa. Kyseessä ei kuitenkaan ole hänen ensimmäinen Parlok-pestinsä, sillä jo vuonna 2022 kokemusta kertyi neljän kuukauden ajan tehtaalla kokoonpanossa, levylinjalla sekä ajoittain myös lokasuojalinjalla.

Syksyllä 2025 tiet johtivat jälleen Parlokille, ja paluu tuntui luontevalta. 👋
– Oli helppo tulla takaisin, kun porukka oli jo entuudestaan tuttu ja vastaanotto lämmin, Jonas kertoo.

Parlok tekee yhteistyötä henkilöstöpalveluyritys WireStaffin kanssa, jonka kautta Jonas aikoinaan päätyi töihin Paraisille. Sittemmin Jonas on tosin siirtynyt Parlokin omaan palvelukseen.

Jonaksen nykyisiin tehtäviin kuuluvat keräily, lastaukset ja purkamiset, joten työpäivät ovat monipuolisia ja liikkuvia. 🚚 Korppoosta kotoisin oleva Jonas kuvailee itseään puhdasveriseksi saaristolaiseksi. Vapaa-ajalla hän viihtyy liikunnan parissa, ja musiikki on tärkeä osa arkea.

– Tykkään siitä, että työpäivissä on tekemisen meininkiä ja että ympärillä on hyvä porukka. Parlokilla on ollut mukava olla töissä, ja täällä viihdyn hyvin.

Jonas Rosberg works in Parlok’s warehouse and dispatch department, although this is not his first time with the company. He first joined Parlok in 2022, spending four months working across assembly and the mudguard production.

In autumn 2025, Jonas returned to Parlok – a move that felt natural.
“It was easy to come back because I already knew the team and received such a warm welcome,” he says. 👋

Jonas originally joined Parlok through the staffing company WireStaff and has since become a direct Parlok employee. Today, his role includes order picking, loading and unloading, making for varied and active working days. 🚚

Originally from Korpo, Jonas describes himself as a true islander. Outside work, he enjoys sports and music. “I like the fact that there’s always something happening during the day and that I’m surrounded by a great team. I’ve really enjoyed working at Parlok."
