(In English below) Machine Toolin aloitettua toimintansa Suomessa vuonna 2013 olemme tehneet tiivistä yhteistyötä pumppujen ja varaosien parissa. Vuosien varrella yhteistyö on laajentunut Suomen lisäksi muihin Pohjoismaihin ja Baltian alueelle. Nykyisin Duroc Machine Tool on yksi Tekupitin tärkeimmistä yhteistyökumppaneista.

Yhteistyömme laajentui, kun aloimme toimittaa matalapaineisia päivityssarjoja Duroc Machine Toolin uusiin varastokoneisiin. Viimeisten kolmen vuoden aikana painopiste on kuitenkin siirtynyt yhä enemmän 40 ja 70 barin päivityssarjoihin, joita toimitetaan nykyisin merkittäviä määriä uusiin varastokoneisiin. Viime aikoina Duroc Machine Tool Suomi Oy:n tiimillä on ollut myös tärkeä rooli Tekupitin PLUS- ja COMPACT-korkeapainejärjestelmien kehitystyössä.

Since Machine Tool established its operations in Finland in 2013, we have worked closely together on pumps and spare parts. Over the years, our cooperation has expanded beyond Finland to include other Nordic countries and the Baltic region. Today, Duroc Machine Tool is one of Tekupit’s key partners.

Our collaboration expanded with the supply of lower-pressure upgrade kits for new stock machines delivered by Duroc Machine Tool. During the past three years, however, the focus has increasingly shifted towards 40 and 70 bar upgrade kits, with a significant number now being supplied for new stock machines. More recently, the team at Duroc Machine Tool Suomi Oy has also played an important role in the development of Tekupit’s PLUS and COMPACT high-pressure systems.

(In English below) Esittelyssä tänään pitkäaikainen asiakkaamme Tasowheel Oy, suomalainen perheyritys tarkkuusmekaniikan ja voimansiirron alalla.

Tasowheel oli ensimmäinen asiakas, jolle Tekupit toimitti Zebran öljynskimmauslaitteita vuonna 2006, kun kyseisten tuotteiden myynti oli vasta alkamassa. Näistä toimituksista sai alkunsa tuoteryhmä, jota on sittemmin toimitettu yli 2 000 kappaletta ympäri Eurooppaa.

Öljynskimmausratkaisujen lisäksi olemme toimittaneet Tasowheelille neljä Sarigöl lastunkuljetinta korvausinvestointeina. Olemme myös toimittaneet A-Ryungin matalapaine muljupumppuja sekä SEIMin korkeapainepumppuja. Micronfilter S.r.l. tuotteista olemme toimittaneet KUBEn öljysumuimureita sekä Kalamitin magneettierottelijan.

Yksi hyvä esimerkki tästä löytyy Cromarin korkeapaineyksiköistä, joissa Tekupitin toimittama Zebran putkiskimmeri pitää pinnankorkeusanturin ympäristön puhtaana pintaan kertyvästä öljystä ja varmistaa anturin luotettavan toiminnan. Ratkaisu on sittemmin otettu käyttöön kaikissa vastaavalla anturoinnilla varustetuissa yksiköissä.

Vuosien yhteistyö näkyy siis konkreettisesti Tasowheelin tuotannossa – ratkaisut palvelevat edelleen päivittäisessä käytössä.

Today we are introducing our long-term customer Oy, a Finnish family-owned company specializing in precision mechanics and power transmission.

Tasowheel was the first customer to whom Tekupit supplied oil skimmers in 2006, when sales of these products had just begun. These deliveries marked the beginning of a product group that has since grown to more than 2,000 units supplied across Europe.

In addition to oil skimming solutions, we have supplied Tasowheel with four Sarigöl chip conveyors as replacement investments. We have also supplied A-Ryung low-pressure coolant pumps and SEIM high-pressure pumps. From Micronfilter S.r.l., we have supplied KUBE oil mist collectors and Kalamit magnetic separators.

One good example of this can be found in Cromar high-pressure units, where a Zebra tube skimmer supplied by Tekupit keeps the area around the level sensor clean from oil accumulating on the surface, ensuring reliable sensor operation. This solution has since been implemented in all units equipped with the same type of sensor system.

The long-term cooperation is therefore clearly visible in Tasowheel’s production – these solutions are still in daily use.

(In English below). Metallin työstössä roiskuva mulju sumuuntuu ja työstökoneen ulkopuolelle päästessään sekoittuu työntekijöiden hengitysilmaan ja laskeutuu pinnoille tehden niistä liukkaita ja epäsiistejä.

Öljysumuimurin tehtävänä on nimensä mukaisesti poistaa hallitusti työstökoneen työstötilassa olevasta ilmasta öljysumu, ettei se pääse leviämään koneen ulkopuolelle. Parhaaseen lopputulokseen pääsemiseksi on tärkeää valita huolella imurin tyyppi ja mitoittaa se oikein kuhunkin kohteeseen.

While machining, splashing coolant can form mist, and once it escapes the machine enclosure, it mixes with the air workers breathe and settles on surfaces, making them slippery and dirty.

(In English below) 🤝 Tekupitin työntekijä Vainio osallistui Business Campusin järjestämään Arjen neuvottelutaidot -koulutukseen.
Koulutuksessa käsiteltiin neuvottelutilanteita niin arjessa kuin työelämässäkin sekä pohdittiin, missä vaiheessa neuvottelu muuttuu väittelyksi ja miten erilaiset vuorovaikutustavat vaikuttavat lopputulokseen. Päivän aikana aiheisiin syvennyttiin käytännön harjoitusten avulla, jotka tarjosivat uusia näkökulmia neuvottelutilanteiden tarkasteluun.
Tuomaksen mukaan koulutuksen parasta antia olivat sen interaktiivisuus ja osallistava toteutustapa. Aktiivinen keskustelu ja harjoitukset auttoivat pohtimaan asioita pintaa syvemmältä ja pitivät osallistujat hyvin mukana koko päivän ajan.

🤝 Tekupit employee Vainio recently participated in the Everyday Negotiation Skills training course organized by Business Campus.
The training explored negotiation situations in both everyday life and the workplace, including where a negotiation can turn into an argument and how different approaches to interaction can influence the outcome. Throughout the day, participants worked through practical exercises that provided new perspectives on negotiation and communication.
According to Tuomas, one of the highlights of the course was its interactive and engaging format. Active participation and discussion encouraged deeper reflection and helped keep everyone involved throughout the day.
Many thanks to trainer Huhtamella for an insightful and professional course, and to Tampere Business Campus for providing an excellent learning environment. The training offered new tools and perspectives that can be applied both in professional negotiations and in everyday situations.
