The application period for Master's programmes in English at TUT has finished on the 14th of February. The number of applicants this year was 818, from 59 different countries, and the total amount of applications received came up to 934. Information Technology and in Electrical Engineering remained the most popular programmes among applicants.

TUT participated in the ICIEP International Education Fair on Sunday 7 October in Saint Petersburg together with the other two Tampere universities, University of Tampere and Tampere University of Technology.
