Floating pools don’t end at handover - that’s where the real responsibility begins.

Over the past weeks, has been on site across Europe 🛠️
Not building new, but carrying out scheduled maintenance and getting our existing projects ready for the summer season.

From Mandarin Oriental at Lake Como 🇮🇹 to Allas Pool, Helsinki 🇫🇮 and Jubileumsparken in Gothenburg 🇸🇪, it’s all about upkeep, inspections, and making sure everything performs exactly as it should.

Because floating pools are not static - they’re living systems, constantly affected by the environment and use.

That’s why we stay involved long after delivery:
supporting local teams, checking systems, and making sure every detail is ready for the season ahead.

A week later, and we’re still feeling the energy from in Cannes 🌊

For a few days, the entire real estate world comes together within a handful of streets, cafés, and terraces along the Palais and the seafront. It’s all about reconnecting with familiar faces, starting new conversations, and sharing ideas that truly come to life face to face.

One of the key takeaways this year was the growing momentum around floating construction. The conversation is clearly evolving - from traditional land-based approaches toward more hybrid and fully floating waterfront development models.
