A closer look at the MeriRoad RC90 road crusher.

In this video, we walk around the machine and go through its main features, construction and working principles in detail.
The RC90 is designed for demanding road rehabilitation, soil stabilization and road construction applications, where existing road material can be crushed, mixed and reused directly on site.
Typical applications include:
• Gravel and forest road rehabilitation
• Crushing stones and existing road material
• Soil stabilization
• Road base improvement
• Recycling and mixing existing materials
The goal is simple: make better use of the material already available on site and reduce the need for additional aggregates and transportation.

Forest road rehabilitation from start to finish with MeriRoad equipment.

In this project, the existing road surface and stones are crushed, mixed and reused directly on site. After that, the road is reshaped to the correct profile and compacted into a stable, load-bearing surface.

By recycling existing material on the road, the process helps reduce unnecessary material transport, improve jobsite efficiency and create a stronger gravel road for demanding forest road conditions.

MeriRoad Crushers RC90 and RC65 working one after another on the same job site in Sotkamo, Finland.
In this video, the machines are rehabilitating a forest road by crushing the existing large, hard stones found on the road.

This is a good example of the onsite recycling principle in practice: harmful oversized stones are crushed and turned into useful road-building material right on site.
The result is a smoother road surface, efficient use of existing material, and less need to bring in new aggregate.
