We won! 🏆 🍏
Recycle Organics has been selected as a winner of the Climate Curve Prize: Methane in the Social & Cultural Pathways category, announced at Why Regenerative's Regenerative Systems Summit during Climate Week NYC.
💚 A few months ago we questioned what it would take to change how communities manage in ways that last, scale, and belong to the people doing the work. This prize is recognition that the answer involves the whole system we’ve been working with since the beginning: households, municipalities, national governments, and the financing ecosystem that connects them.
This award helps us to accelerate our work turning organic waste management projects into investment-ready opportunities, so that the reductions we plan with national and local governments become real in the short-term.
👏 The recognition belongs to everyone involved: our local partners, national counterparts, the communities across 25+ countries who take this work from plans to the ground, and all of our outstanding team working on the frontiers of methane mitigation. All our gratitude to Climate Curve and the Global Methane Hub for creating the first prize dedicated entirely to methane solutions, and for betting on our work.
🎖️ Congratulations to our fellow winners BlueGea Group, Wevoislabs, eVerse.AI, Labs, AgriCapture, Carrot, and Indonesia. We're in the best company.
