Pinto Industries Limited The Company, Pinto Industries Limited was founded in 1983 by Mr. Harak Narayan. Some of the following lines of business are as follows:

Employing over 200 staff and having over 250 production machines, the company has become one of the largest Manufacturing businesses in the Northern Division of Fiji. The first manufacturing factory was based in Vunivau, Labasa on a 400sqm land which only manufactured cleaning brushes with ten staff employed. There were two manufacturing machines purchased initially and later expanded to ten however, most of the operations were done manually and the processes were quite labor intensive. At present, Pinto Industries has managed to acquire ten Industrial Lots in Labasa, one in Suva and four factories in Namara. Block and Pavings

🚜 WE ARE HIRING – DIGGER OPERATOR! 🚜

Pinto Works is looking for an experienced and reliable Digger Operator to join our team.

Location: Labasa.

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate excavators/diggers for excavation and earthmoving works.
* Carry out site preparation, trenching, land clearing and levelling.
* Perform digging, loading and other general earthworks.
* Conduct daily machinery inspections and basic maintenance.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
* Assist with other machinery and site-related duties when required.

Requirements:

* Previous experience operating excavators/diggers.
* Valid machinery operator’s licence or relevant certification.
* At least 3-5 years of excavating experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.

It is with deep sorrow that Pinto Industries Pte Limited announces the passing of Mrs. Nalin Devi Narayan, one of the Founder/Directors of Pinto Industries Pte Limited and the beloved wife of our late Founder, Mr. Harak Narayan.

Mrs. Narayan passed away peacefully on 14th September 2026.

She was the loving mother of:
* Mr. Vishal Narayan, Managing Director of Pinto Industries Pte Limited, and his wife Mrs. Lileshni Narayan (Shirley)
* Mrs. Binita Singh and her husband Mr. Raj Singh
* Mrs. Vikashni Pathak and her husband Mr. Sadanan Pathak
* Mrs. Vandhana Narayan and her husband Mr. Rohit Chand

She was also a dearly loved grandmother to her six grandchildren: Tapesh Narayan and his wife Simran Narayan , Kaushik Narayan, Shagun Narayan, Roshni Singh, Shahil Pathak and Suhani Pathak.

Mrs. Narayan played an important role in the foundation and journey of Pinto Industries. Her strength, love, guidance and contribution to both her family and the company will always be remembered.

She will be deeply missed by her family, relatives, friends, employees and everyone whose life she touched.
