This approximately 200sqm proposed project:The image represents the exact design, though minor material finishes might evolve, during construction phase.. Carefully looking into the sunlight and breeze ways plus considering it's land size not to be that big, yet we are able to fit in this modern design which includes all the current family requirement such as:

My Days had been so Busy Since this 2026:
Behind the scenes of any industrial project, there's an essential link: the design drafter. They shape concepts, translate technical requirements into precise plans, and act as a link between the engineering, industrialization, and production teams.
As Ai takes over we have to ramp up our game and learn new Ai skills to match technology.. However it all comes down to basic Drafting skills and on-site knowledge.
