When the rain stops, the sea is still there.
In Petats and Saposa, Bougainville, our solar-powered desalination plants turn seawater into clean drinking water every day, with no diesel and no fuel bills. They produce 6,400 liters a day for over 200 families.
With El Niño expected to peak over the next two months, island communities across the Pacific are already watching their tanks drop. We build water systems that don't depend on the rain.
