Gotta love the OHS ,  I definitely appreciate practical ingenuity with minimal unnecessary bureaucracy , but not at the cost of health and safety that is so obviously a very high risk.
At least he could be harnessed to the forklift frame . I know that’s not allowed but at least something? anything?
And the pay someone doing that job would get paid , just seems unfair and wrong, in my opinion anyway.
Risking life and Limb to feed their families, week to week, trying to pay their bills and put food on the table.
If he falls and can’t work anymore or dies, who does that for the rest of the time until their family doesn’t need it anymore ?
