About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office by handling daily administrative tasks and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
· Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
· Coordinate office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
· Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
