At PRODEVAL, it starts with our teams.

This year, we’re rolling out a new format across the Group: the 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 & 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 — with 2 sessions already completed.

🎯 A clear objective: continue strengthening our safety practices and team cohesion over time.

Across each session:
✅ 1 day focused on safety (best practices, risk prevention, equipment checks)
✅ 2 days of training to reinforce and align skills

At PRODEVAL, safety is not a one-off topic. It’s something we 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱.

These weeks are also an opportunity to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: field technicians from different teams, countries and roles meet, share experiences, and learn from each other — while strengthening the link with our support teams.

Because behind every installation, there are teams learning, improving and supporting each other every day.
And being closer to our field teams also means being closer to our clients.

Un cap symbolique pour 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟.
Le début d’une belle aventure pour notre client.

La semaine dernière, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗭𝗘𝗬 📸 dans la Drôme, pour une journée d’échanges concrets, au plus près de nos équipes et de nos installations.

👉 Parce qu’au‑delà des équipements, ce sont les 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲́𝗲 qui font avancer les projets.
