What does inclusion really mean in everyday work life?
Last week at our Malicorne site, this question sparked meaningful conversations during a dedicated awareness session on LGBTQIA+ inclusion, with a particular focus on transgender experiences at work.
➡️ Because inclusion isn't just a policy. It's about understanding, listening, and learning how to act.
Throughout the session, employees shared questions, perspectives, and sometimes uncertainties:
👉 What words should we use or avoid?
👉 How do we react when we're unsure?
👉 How can we make everyone feel genuinely respected and supported?
Creating a truly inclusive workplace starts with exactly these conversations.
Guided by L'Autre Cercle, participants explored practical ways to foster a culture where respect isn't just a value on a wall, it's a daily practice.
