🚀 The NEST - GEL ecosystem is expanding to enable ever more advanced silicone printing performance.
On the S300X - LIQ21 | LIQ11, it is now possible to produce high-performance silicone parts with smooth, scar-free surfaces thanks to the new capabilities enabled by the NEST - GEL option.

This experimental kit combines:
🧪 SIL-005: an LSR 70 ShA material specifically developed for immersion-based 3D printing
🧴 GEL-001: a water-based gel enabling true omnidirectional support

✨ Designed for single-line printing applications, this solution enables the production of advanced geometries while preserving surface quality and the material’s mechanical properties.

💬 "Silicone can't be 3D printed."
We’ve spent the last decade showing otherwise. In the second part of our 10 Years of Silicone 3D Printing article, we dive into the impact our technology has made across various industries.

HEALTHCARE
Before: Surgical training and tests on cadavers or animals.
After: Realistic, flexible silicone organs that let surgeons practice on "real" textures before making the first cut.

AEROSPACE
Before: Hours spent manually sticking tape onto intricate parts for surface coating.
After: Custom, reusable, complex silicone masks, printed in minutes.

RESEARCH & ROBOTICS
Before: Weeks spent waiting for messy molds just to test one soft robotic gripper.
After: In-house manufacturing of pneumatic actuators for faster iteration cycles.

DEFENSE & MAINTENANCE
Before: Critical equipment grounded for weeks waiting for maintenance.
After: Maintenance becomes a pitstop operation with the right silicone seal printed just when needed.

In the rail industry, trains last for decades.
The problem? The supplier catalogs don't.

This was the challenge faced by Wabtec Corporation, a global leader in rail technology. They needed a fast solution for sealing gaskets without the burden of Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) or long lead times.🚂

They tested silicone 3D printing with Lynxter’s Application Center.

The results were so efficient that they did the next move: they bought the machine to do it themselves in-house.

No more waiting weeks. No more inventory drama. Just pure manufacturing autonomy.

Stop buying molds. Start printing silicone on-demand.

🫀Advanced surgical training, without exposing patients.

No surgery required. No patient at risk. Just science, doing what it's supposed to do.

That's exactly what researchers at the CRIStAL laboratory in Université de Lille are achieving thanks to silicone 3D printing from Lynxter.

By printing a multi-chamber silicone prostate phantom, they can reproduce:
- The texture and mechanical properties of human tissue.
- Dynamic deformations simulating real clinical scenarios.
With a margin of error of just 1.41%.

But that's not all. Lynxter Silicone 3D printers are also used to:
🤖 Study the aging of soft robots to build more reliable systems.
♿ Develop intelligent cushions for robotic wheelchairs.

Silicone 3D printing doesn't just replace a manufacturing process. It makes possible what was simply too complexe before.

Thanks and congrats to the teams of Mario Sanz Lopez - PRETIL , Othman Lakhal, Sizhe Tian for these remarkable works.

A garage.
Four founders.
And a slightly crazy idea.
Ten years ago, Lynxter was born.

At the time, Thomas Batigne, Julien Duhalde, Karim Sinno, and Camille Chaper were experimenting, tinkering, testing… driven by one conviction: silicone 3D printing could become a true industrial technology.

From prototypes to industrial machines, the adventure quickly gained momentum.
A first large, open, ambitious, and unique machine for its time came to life.
Then came the S600D, designed to enable fast manufacturing, whatever the material.

And finally the S300X, built to scale globally and make elastomer 3D printing viable at an industrial level.
Over the years, the team grew. Nelly Martinez joined the adventure, helping to structure and accelerate the company’s development.

Today, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, it’s an opportunity to look back at those who started it all… and to thank everyone: teams, partners, and customers, who continue to write this story with us.

The adventure is only just beginning.

Un garage.
Quatre fondateurs.
