The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) is a not-profit scientific NGO created in 1975 which federates seismological observations at the Euro-Med scale. Thanks to its 85 institutes as members from 56 different countries, it offers rapid earthquake information to the public

and international organizations through its well identified web site and its earthquake notification system. Le Centre Sismologique Euro- Méditerranéen est une organisation scientifique à but non lucratif créé en 1975.
