From Liquid Resin to Precision Parts

The clear liquid you see is a reactive resin. What makes it unique? It cures almost instantly when exposed to UV light.

This is the principle behind photopolymerization 3D printing. Instead of melting plastic filament, the printer projects a UV light into a liquid resin. Layer by layer, the resin cures to create intricate, high-precision parts.

This is the science behind our N3xtDimension® solutions. By tailoring resin formulations, our researchers enable manufacturers to produce customized parts with the performance they need, whether ultra-rigid, tough, flexible, or optically clear.
