Jean-Claude Lumaret, co-fondateur de Carbios et Directeur Général de la Société depuis sa création en 2011, fait valoir ses droits à la retraite tout en conservant son mandat d’administrateur de la Société.

Carbios is inaugurating this day, its industrial demonstration plant, last stage before the commercialization of its ground-breaking technology.

“Today marks the culmination of ten years of research and development, and it allows Carbios to look forward to a bright future,” says Jean-Claude Lumaret. I'd want to express my gratitude to everyone who has contributed to Carbios' history.”

🌊Plastics have grown ubiquitous in our daily lives and are now inevitable. Better management of the end-of-life of plastics is a major challenge of our time and we intend to contribute to it! Our innovation allows infinite recycling of all types of PET waste as well as the production of 100% recycled and 100% recyclable PET products, without loss of quality. Plastic and textile waste is now a precious raw material enabling the circular economy to become an industrial reality.
