Endurance test: 50 hours of continuous flight with the Orion 2 tethered drone. Thanks to the advancements in both hardware and autonomous software functions, the Orion 2 is capable of persistent flights with minimal pilot input.

A M300 flies for 6 hours non-stop with Elistair’s SAFE-T 2 station!
Using Elistair’s ground tethering stations with most commercially available can extend their flying time from 20-60 minutes up to several hours.

As a case in point is the 6 hours. flight of the tethered to an SAFE-T2 station.

The flight was conducted in Lyon, France, very close to a busy motorway, and only a few kilometers away from a major city airport. As the tether holds the drone in place from the ground, the flight zone is perfectly , which is key to be allowed to fly a in a sensitive area such as this.

When tethered to Elistair Safe-T 2, the drone receives continuous power and can fly tethered for hours non-stop. Furthermore, its 2 DJI batteries remain in position, fully charged, and ready to take over if needed (for e.g., in case of a power outage).

The Safe-T 2 is Elistair’s most advanced and powerful tethering system for use with commercially available drones.
