✨ Meet Ahmad Ghalayini, Associate Director at The French Fragrance House, Middle East market expert with a passion for the art of fragrance, driving our company's international presence in this region 🌍.

❤️ 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲
My career began in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, where I worked for well known multinational companies in Saudi Arabia. I was particularly drawn to the scents of shampoos and detergents, consumer products with the power to create unique sensory experiences 🌼 .
This sensitivity inspired me to create a fine fragrance. To realize this ambition, I went to Grasse, the cradle of perfumery, in search of a company to help bring my project to life.

✈️ 𝐌𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
During these encounters, a GM of a fragrance house offered me a mission in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, which became my entry into the fragrance world. My interest for the scents motivated me to take on this challenge.
What I love about this profession is the diversity of client needs: not every customer wants the same thing. My goal is to identify the perfect fragrance for each client, getting into their mindset to understand their unique preferences 🧠 💕.

What I value most at The French Fragrance House is being fully involved in every project from the start till the end 🎯. We work in an environment of close collaboration and trust; with colleagues I know well. For me, feeling good with your team is crucial since work takes up a third of our time. This culture of proximity and mutual respect makes my experience at FFH especially fulfilling and rewarding 🥰.
