One of our speaker, Paule Biaudet, was not able to come but she left a message for us, PhD students:

"The world and the organisations are waiting for you ! Even if they're not yet fully aware of your talents, your skills, your commitment and your professional and personal uniqueness, you are the ones they're seeking for.

To convince them, have faith in yourself, trust your experience; open your mind to the full range of exciting opportunities which are constantly developing in academia and outside, get to know the organisations, decipher their needs and identify the challenges they're facing.

Assist them in delaing with these challenges and use your research skills to make this world a better world to live in.
I would have liked to be present to share with you 20 years of experience and testify to the strenght and professional value of life sciences young researchers in all professions and sectors".
