This project was particularly exciting to bring to life because of its location, the scale of the task, and the number of engineering solutions that had to be integrated into a single space.

From a complete redesign and complex engineering to climate control for Hot Yoga, natural marble, Italian tiles, and Mega Pro by Lagree Fitness.

The result is more than just a beautiful interior. It’s a fully functional, modern studio where design, technology, and functionality work seamlessly together.

And today, it’s one of those projects we’re truly proud of. 🤍

Apartment interior in a luxury seaside residential complex. 🤍

This project is all about understated elegance, where contemporary classic style meets minimalism, and every design decision is guided by comfort and refined aesthetics.

A light color palette, natural fabrics, and the rich textures of the sofa and curtains create a warm atmosphere while becoming subtle focal points within the clean architectural composition.

Special attention was given to the details. Magic sliding doors with a concealed track appear to float effortlessly along the wall, preserving clean lines and creating a seamless, lightweight look. Thoughtful solutions like these make the interior feel both more spacious and more cohesive.

Classic elements with delicate Art Deco influences add character to the space, while the panoramic sea view becomes its natural extension.

We believe great design is more than beautiful interiors, it’s about creating spaces that remain timeless for years to come. ✨

Not all windows are created equal. Sometimes, they completely transform the way a space feels. ✨

For this apartment in Sapphire Residence, the standard glazing was replaced with the premium Schüco Hi-Finity panoramic sliding system.

Ultra-slim profiles, expansive glass surfaces, and nearly invisible boundaries between the interior and the view — this is how modern architecture blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.

The system is further enhanced with Reflexol exterior solar shading screens, providing effective sun protection while improving indoor comfort throughout the day.

It’s no surprise that Schüco Hi-Finity is often called the Mercedes of panoramic sliding systems. Once you see the result, you’ll immediately understand why. ✨

The perfect layout is rarely created on the first try.
For this apartment, we developed five different layout concepts to find the one that best matched our client’s lifestyle and needs.
The biggest challenge was the apartment’s complex geometry. But that’s exactly what made this project so rewarding, finding a solution where every square meter works efficiently.

The final layout includes everything needed for comfortable everyday living: generous storage, a separate walk-in wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, a functional U-shaped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bedroom where every piece of furniture is thoughtfully positioned.
We believe great design starts with a great layout. It’s the foundation that determines how comfortable a home will feel every single day.

Only then does the interior come to life, blending contemporary design with timeless details, while both the bed and the sofa are perfectly positioned to enjoy the sea view. 🌊✨

Looks like we’re assembling more than just interiors these days 😄
This time, our team assembled and installed the Mega Pro by Lagree Fitness reformers next-generation equipment that will soon be ready for the first classes at the new Pilates & Hot Yoga studio
We’re proud to be part of this project, creating a space where every detail matters from the interior finishes to the equipment itself.

🔻 Right now, we’re selecting quartz for the reception desk countertop in a new Pilates studio. Each texture interacts differently with light, interior colors, and the overall atmosphere of the space.

The yoga and Pilates studio is gradually taking on its final form.
We are currently completing the installation of track lighting, finishing ceiling works, and continuing the final stages of the interior fit-out.
PVC flooring installation is already underway, heating panels for the hot yoga room have been installed, and the ventilation diffusers are now in place.
This is the stage where individual engineering and design solutions come together to create a cohesive space designed for movement, recovery, and balance.

New Civilly project ✨
And this time an ophthalmology clinic.

For now, there’s more dust than aesthetics 😅
but we can already see the future result.
Demolition is in full swing: ceilings are being removed, utilities are being upgraded, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems are being reworked, and the space is being prepared for a full transformation.

We are also working on restoring the existing doors, they will be repainted and adapted to the new interior design.
Very soon, a modern medical space will take shape here.
For now, it’s the classic construction site atmosphere: noise, dust, and a lot of work 😅
