𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

EFER is pleased to announce the delivery of its 𝐀𝐑𝐂 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 system to a key, long-standing customer.

𝐀𝐑𝐂 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 is a novel solution enabling real-time visualization of TIG welding operations directly at the arc, where endoscopic visibility is traditionally limited.

Currently, the system combines proprietary optical and imaging technologies, including:

• A range of high-resolution 𝐒𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐔𝐒 optical borescopes designed to withstand elevated temperatures
• A dedicated 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐀𝐌 camera head with automated optical filtering, dynamically adapting to welding mode

This delivery allows observation of critical welds as they are made, improving process control and inspection capability.

𝐀𝐑𝐂 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 is part of a growing product suite with ongoing developments such as flexible 𝐀𝐑𝐂 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 videoscopes that will address more complex and constrained geometries.

Vision endoscopique en temps réel du soudage

EFER a le plaisir d’annoncer la livraison d’un système ARC VISION de nouvelle génération à un client clé de longue date.

ARC VISION est une solution innovante permettant la visualisation en temps réel des opérations de soudage TIG directement au niveau de l’arc, une zone où la visibilité endoscopique est traditionnellement limitée.

Le système combine des technologies optiques et d’imagerie propriétaires, notamment :
• Une gamme de boroscopes optiques SIRIUS haute résolution, conçus pour résister à des températures élevées
• Une tête caméra dédiée PINCAM intégrant un filtrage optique automatisé, s’adaptant dynamiquement aux conditions de soudage

Cette réalisation permet l’observation des soudures critiques en cours de formation, améliorant le pilotage du procédé et les capacités d’inspection.

ARC VISION s’inscrit dans une gamme de produits en croissance chez EFER, avec des développements en cours tels que des vidéoscopes flexibles ARC VISION, permettant d’adresser des géométries plus complexes et des accès contraints.

AERO ENGINE Inspection & Intervention: Integrated workflow, from one manufacturer

EFER Endoscopy offers an integrated in-situ tooling solution to support inspection, corrective action, and return-to-service verification directly on-wing:

STEP 01 - DETECT
BSI ( )
The process begins with high-precision visual inspection using the SPECTRE videoscope . Inspect compressor, turbines stages and combustion chamber using the modular SPECTRE videoscope equipped with a full range of precision optical tips. Measure defects, missing material, with the stereo algorithm.

STEP 02 - CORRECT

Once the indication is confirmed and repairable, corrective action can be performed using the ENDOGRINDER tool. Blend damaged blades with ENDOGRINDER tool, compatible with SPECTRE or traditional SIRIUS optical borescopes.

STEP 03 - CHECK
In-situ
Verify the absence of post-blend residual cracks using the ENDOFPI system with its purpose-designed rigid or flexible scopes and avoid follow-up BSI of blended blades.
