What are the challenges when mixing audio for a major touring comedian like Matt Rife?

Showtime Sound President Scott Tydings regularly brings 42 years of experience as an FOH Engineer to the U.S. top comedy tours. He entrusts his team and L-Acoustics systems to create an engaging and entertaining performance every night.

For China’s leading live-vocal shows, clarity is everything.

Singer expands its L-ISA Immersive Hyperreal Sound system with L2, L2D, KS28, and A10. Guo Yue Wu Shuang uses K2 to bring clarity to both contemporary and traditional arrangements, while The Treasured Voice relies on K2, KS28, and Kara II in a system refined season after season.

“L2D changed the game for us.” — Steve “Tig” Tignor, Production Director, Wave Church

Wave Church has upgraded its 2,500-seat Virginia Beach auditorium with an L-Acoustics L-ISA immersive sound system designed and installed by HouseRight.

Five compact L2D arrays anchor the Scene system, supported by A10i and A15i arrays, nine flown KS28 subwoofers, and X12 front-fills and delays. An L-ISA Processor II handles the object-based mix, delivering consistent coverage and spatial imaging throughout the auditorium while overcoming its wide, 180-degree layout, low trim height, and off-center mix position.

The result brings greater clarity, panoramic imaging, and a more engaging worship experience to the congregation.
