SIP panels are precision engineered off-site and cut to fit your exact design. When they arrive, the shell goes up in days. Months of planning, design and engineering go into that — so that when it matters, it moves fast.

Building in France?
You’re legally required to have Dommages Ouvrages insurance before starting a new build.

It protects you as the owner - covering structural issues, even before liability is decided.

What most people don’t realise:
To get this insurance, your project must be overseen by a maîtrise d’œuvre at least until it’s hors d’eau hors d’air (watertight + airtight).

Miss this step and you could run into problems when it comes to selling your home, or making a claim for issues down the line

It’s one of the biggest oversights we see.

Vous êtes légalement obligé de souscrire une assurance Dommages Ouvrage avant le début des travaux.
Elle vous protège en tant que maître d’ouvrage - en couvrant les désordres structurels, même avant que les responsabilités soient établies.
Ce que beaucoup ignorent :
Pour obtenir cette assurance, votre projet doit être suivi par une maîtrise d’œuvre au moins jusqu’à la mise hors d’eau hors d’air.
Négliger cette étape peut entraîner des complications au moment de revendre votre bien, ou en cas de recours pour des problèmes ultérieurs.

POV: a client asks if they can manage part of the build themselves. Here’s the honest answer.
Yes. And we’ve built our entire service around that flexibility.

There are three ways to work with ECSUS depending on your budget, your capability, and how much you want to be involved.

Fully managed: we handle everything. Land, permits, design, tendering, every trade, every stage, right through to handover. You stay informed through our online portal. We deal with the rest.

Part managed: we oversee the main structure. Groundworks, masonry, SIP frame, roof, cladding, windows and doors. Once the building is watertight we hand over to your own fit-out team, with ongoing consultation from us if you need it.

Structure only: you already have plans and a team. You just need the SIP structure specified, engineered, supplied and installed correctly. We do exactly that.

Most people assume a company like ours is only for clients with unlimited budgets and no interest in being involved. That’s not who we work with. We work with people who want their build done properly at whatever level of involvement makes sense for them.

It meets French RE2020 standards. It's planning-friendly even in protected Alpine zones. And it costs no more than a traditional roof with panels added on top.

From 2030 EU rules will require solar on all new residential buildings in France. If you're building now, this is the smarter way to do it.
