🎯 -𝟒𝟐 % sur les émissions des scopes 1 et 2
🎯 -𝟐𝟓 % sur les émissions du scope 3
par rapport à l'année de référence 2022.

Cette approbation confirme que notre trajectoire de décarbonation est alignée avec les connaissances scientifiques les plus récentes et les objectifs internationaux de lutte contre le changement climatique.
Elle renforce notre détermination à poursuivre nos actions, aux cÎtés de l'ensemble de nos parties prenantes, pour atteindre ces objectifs et contribuer concrÚtement à la transition vers une économie bas carbone.

We have just made another step forward in our climate strategy with the validation, by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), of our greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎:
🎯 -𝟒𝟐% for Scope 1 and 2 emissions
🎯 -𝟐𝟓% for Scope 3 emissions
compared to the 2022 baseline year.

This approval confirms that our decarbonization path is aligned with the latest scientific findings and international climate change goals.

LGR Packaging déploie actuellement un programme Food Defense sur l'ensemble de ses sites de production d'emballages destinés au secteur agroalimentaire.

Cette démarche vise à prévenir tout acte intentionnel de malveillance susceptible de compromettre l'intégrité de nos produits, de nos processus ou la confiance de nos clients.
Parce que la sécurité alimentaire ne concerne pas uniquement les aliments, elle passe également par la sécurité des emballages qui les protÚgent.

Le projet s'articule autour de plusieurs axes majeurs :
✔ Analyse des risques et des vulnérabilités
✔ Renforcement des mesures de sécurisation
✔ Sensibilisation et implication de l’ensemble des équipes
✔ Développement d'une culture de vigilance au quotidien

La réussite de cette démarche repose sur l'engagement de chacun. C'est pourquoi des sessions de formation et de sensibilisation sont actuellement déployées afin de partager les bonnes pratiques et accompagner les équipes dans cette évolution.

LGR Packaging is currently implementing a Food Defense program across its production sites for packaging intended for the food industry.

This initiative aims to prevent any intentional malicious acts that could compromise the integrity of our products, our processes, or our customers’ trust.
Because food safety isn’t just about the food itself—it also depends on the safety of the packaging that protects it.

The project is structured around several key areas:
✔ Risk and vulnerability analysis
✔ Strengthening security measures
✔ Raising awareness and engaging all teams
✔ Developing a culture of vigilance in daily operations

The success of this initiative depends on everyone’s commitment. That is why training and awareness sessions are currently being rolled out to share best practices and support teams through this transition.

Dans le cadre de notre démarche RSE, l’accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs constitue une étape essentielle de leur arrivée au sein de l’entreprise.

Afin de mieux accompagner nos équipes, le parcours d’intégration a été repensé et les livrets remis aux nouveaux arrivants ont fait l’objet d’une refonte complÚte.

Cette évolution a permis:
✅ la mise à jour des contenus;
✅ la modernisation du support;
✅ l'amélioration de la lisibilité;
✅ une meilleure expérience d’accueil pour les personnes;
✅ l'harmonisation de la charte graphique.

Le déploiement de ces nouveaux livrets est en cours au sein des sites LGR Packaging en France, en Belgique et en Espagne.

As part of our CSR approach, welcoming new employees is a crucial stage in their induction into the company.

To better support our teams, the induction programme has been redesigned and the handbooks given to new recruits have been completely overhauled.

This change has enabled:
✅ the updating of content;
✅ the modernisation of the platform;
✅ improved readability;
✅ a better welcome experience for new arrivals;
✅ the harmonisation of the visual identity.

These new handbooks are currently being rolled out across LGR Packaging’s sites in France, Belgium and Spain.

LGR Packaging a une nouvelle fois relevé le défi sportif organisé par l'AEPV sur les bords du lac de Nantua.

Cette année, deux équipes ont fiÚrement porté nos couleurs : LGR Packaging « Oyonnax » et LGR Packaging « Leguay », qui terminent respectivement 18e et 44e au classement général sur 210 équipes engagées, ainsi que 7e et 22e dans la catégorie mixte.

Au-delà des résultats, cette journée a été marquée par une belle cohésion au sein des équipes, une ambiance conviviale entre tous les participants et un soleil radieux. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour faire de cet événement un magnifique moment de partage.

This year, two teams proudly represented our company: LGR Packaging “Oyonnax” and LGR Packaging “Leguay,” which finished 18th and 44th overall out of 210 participating teams, as well as 7th and 22nd in the mixed category.

Beyond the results, the day was marked by strong team spirit, a friendly atmosphere among all participants, and bright sunshine. All the ingredients were in place to make this event a wonderful moment of togetherness.

Couteaux Nogent - Officiel, marque française emblématique de coutellerie, souhaitait repenser l’emballage de ses coffrets 4 couteaux avec un double objectif : réduire son empreinte environnementale et moderniser son identité visuelle.

𝐋𝐞 𝐝𝐞́𝐟𝐢 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 : l’ancien packaging était composé de 4 éléments distincts (fond, fourreau, cale de protection, cale en PET), soit un assemblage multi-matériaux difficilement recyclable.

𝐋𝐚 𝐫𝐞́𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐋𝐆𝐑 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐀𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 ➡ un emballage éco-conçu, en micro-cannelure, aux atouts multiples :

Couteaux Nogent - Officiel, an iconic French cutlery brand, wanted to redesign the packaging for its sets of four knives with two objectives in mind: to reduce its environmental footprint and to modernise its visual identity.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: the old packaging consisted of four separate components (base, sleeve, protective insert, PET insert), making it a multi-material assembly that was difficult to recycle.

𝐋𝐆𝐑 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐀𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠’𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 ➡ eco-designed packaging made from micro-flute cardboard, offering a range of benefits:
✔ 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐢𝐧-𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐀𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: box + integrated insert
✔ 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚-𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐀: recycled cardboard
✔ 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐰 made from cellulose hydroxide (plastic-free)
