Her cues check out!! Going from over 50 degrees of knee flexion down to around 20. The key is to focus on bending the knees less and pushing your hips back.

Founded by Dr. J.W. Thomas Byrd, the team physician for the Tennessee Titans, NHI defines the gold standard in sports medicine. Special thanks to Mike Voight and Ashley Campbell for the origination of this partnership.
