Deux semaines après la sortie de Catalogue, notre compilation retrospective, sort aujourd’hui Introspections, un EP composite dont chacun des six morceaux -produits par des formations nouvelles ou familières du label- naviguent entre différentes sensibilités : plus ou moins percussives, chantées, ou ambient, mais toujours introspectives, elles dévoilent un aperçu des prochaines collaborations à paraître sur 1OF1.

Comme à l’accoutumée, la sortie digitale est à prix libre, assortie d’une sortie physique limitée à 1 exemplaire, one-of-one : une cassette enveloppée elle aussi de cuir et enchâssée dans un étui en cuivre.

Just two weeks since the release of Catalogue, our first retrospective compilation, the composite EP “Introspections” is out today: each of its six tracks -produced by fresh or familiar aliases- brings out a mix of sensibilities, more or less percussive, sung or ambient, and works as a sample of forthcoming material to be released on 1OF1.

As usual, pay-what-you-can digital release and a copper-stand embedded tape limited-to-1-copy, one-of-one.

Revisiting them today feels like they seem more than ever weirdly on point, disturbingly resonating with current anxious spirits. 2016 Memories reflect on both our brutality and deep humanity, genuinely coming right out of the pre-post-world.
