Throwback to Bharat Tex 2026, New Delhi.

Soumya Kanti Ganguly spent two days at the show in conversation with mill owners, CEO’s, COO’s and technical teams from across the Indian textile industry. Spinning, home textiles, garments: different corners of the sector, but the same question kept coming back. How do we get more value out of our textile and fibre streams?

A Valuable and Inspiring Visit to Bharat Tex 2026 🇮🇳

Our Soumya Kanti Ganguly recently had the pleasure of attending Bharat Tex 2026 in Delhi — an inspiring experience filled with meaningful conversations, valuable insights, and exciting perspectives for the future of the textile and fiber industry. Events like Bharat Tex are much more than exhibitions. They bring together passionate people, innovative companies, and forward-thinking ideas that help shape the future of our industry. The many discussions held during the event offered fresh inspiration and new opportunities for collaboration.

A special thank you goes to everyone who took the time to meet with Soumya. These personal interactions are what make such events truly worthwhile. One memorable meeting was with the team of RSWM, including Mr. Manoj Bansal and Dr. Rajiv Gupta. We greatly appreciated the open discussions and valuable exchange of views on the future of the industry.

A new project in India is taking shape for Cretes (through CDB - Callebaut de Blicquy)

Together with Vardhman Textiles, one of the country’s leading textile companies, we will be contributing to a new dyeing project in Northern India, supporting further development of their production capabilities.

Working with a group led by Mr. S. P. Oswal — Chairman & Managing Director of Vardhman Textiles Ltd and recipient of the Padma Bhushan (2010) for his contribution to trade and industry — adds an extra dimension to this collaboration.

India remains a key market for us, and projects like this reflect the strong relationships we continue to build locally. Follow us for more updates.
