Wondering what is the impact of reducing acceleration altitude?

Here is a quick case study from Air, which was encouraging pilots to implement that fuel initiative.

To drive this, Adam, Enter Air’s Efficiency Pilot, reviewed AIP procedures across the airline’s network and identified the top 50 airports with the highest fuel-saving potential.

He then verified each case, requested configuration updates in SkyBreathe® tailored to their operations and ensured RAAL recommendations were clearly included in the flight plan’s free text!

📈The result? Its application rate rose from 77% in Q1 to 87% in Q3, a solid 10-point increase in just six months.

💲This targeted effort led to 63 tons of fuel saved in 6 months, worth approximately $57,000.
