CARPENTER needed to work full-time for a design, renovation and construction company based in Tourrettes sur Loup.

Work is varied and will include (but won't be limited to!)
* installation of decking and parquet floors
* installation of wardrobes and dressing rooms
* installation of interior doors and cupboard doors and frames
* modifications to and installations of cupboard interiors
* installation of flat pack cupboards, kitchens
* installation of skirting, architrave and cornices
* installation of shutters. etc, etc...

CDI offered but also happy to employ an auto-entrepreneur on a full-time basis.

Nous sommes une entreprise de construction/ rénovation situé à Tourrettes sur Loup. On cherche quelqu'un qui sait faire beaucoup de choses, si il est éléctrician, tant mieux. Notions de plomberie, de menuiserie etc. Nous faisons également la gestion de plusieurs propriétés, donc il y a toujours une grande variété de dépannages à faire. Nous travaillons sur les propriétés haut de gamme donc on cherche quelqu'un méticuleux(se).

We're a building/renovation company based in Tourrettes sur Loup and we're looking for someone who can turn their hand to a variety of jobs: an « electrician plus » would be great, also notions of plumbing, carpentry. Someone who can figure things out. Our last guy was also a fully trained electrician, which was perfect - but I know it's not an easy ask. We also manage properties, so there's always a lot of odd jobs that need doing. We work to a very high standard on hign-end properties, so we need someone with a great attention to detail.

Despite the 2nd Lockdown in France, Villa Image continues to work, following the correct protocols of course!

Upgrading an existing pool and pool area can be extremely successful. The pool below has had an electric cover installed under teak decking, a new terrace around it and stone tiles on the edge of the pool into the water, plus a new gel coat. Looking good!

La Borgada in Tourrettes sur Loup, dating from 1677, another total renovation of a very old townhouse, including a lot of consolidation which means it should last another few hundred years. Here are a couple of before and after photos. Anything is possible!

When you build an extension, the aim is to make it look like it has always been there.
This extension (on the right!) was completed in 2018 and the house dates from the 1800's..
