As part of our Safety Day at Dopsatron, dedicated this year to hand safety, we took the time to observe, exchange ideas, and analyze our workplace practices.

From this collective approach, 50 situations requiring our attention were identified:
13 in the production workshop and 37 in office areas.

Beyond these findings, this day especially helped foster a strong momentum for improvement. Each identified situation will be addressed with appropriate actions:
- reminders of best practices
- provision of additional equipment
- workplace improvement actions
- reinforcement of 5S standards

This initiative reflects a simple yet essential commitment: to progress together and sustainably strengthen everyone’s safety in daily work.

Many thanks to all teams for their active participation and engagement in this initiative.
