A proud moment for the team! ๐
On Friday afternoon, we had the pleasure of attending the Institute of Directors Wales Awards at the ICC in Newport. Our CEO, Simon, was shortlisted in the highly competitive Skills Development category โ and weโre delighted to announce that he won Director of the Year in his category!
This recognition is a true reflection of our strategic commitment to investing in training and development, empowering our team to grow, evolve, and seize new opportunities.
In his closing remarks, Professor Simon Gibson shared two powerful messages that really resonated with us:
โIf you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.โ
He also reminded us that businesses must keep evolving, build together, and create space for others to flourish.
As we reflect on our journey, thereโs no doubt both statements ring true. None of this would be possible without our team embracing every challenge and growing alongside us. Thank you all.
