✨ Venetian Plaster Feature Wall Complete ✨

Just wrapped up this bespoke feature wall using Venetian plaster, metallic detailing, and multiple layers of texture to create a natural stone-inspired finish.

One of the biggest challenges on this project was incorporating the hidden access door into the design while keeping the pattern flowing seamlessly across the entire wall.

The finish changes throughout the day depending on the light, with the polished surface, dark mineral textures, and gold veining all catching the eye differently from every angle.

Every section was hand-applied and completely unique, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail that make every Marbleus Venetian Plastering project truly Marbleus.

Really pleased with how this one came together.

From the first layer to the final polish, every detail was created by hand using Venetian plaster techniques.

A special one completed this today for four amazing people who have recently taken over Foundation Church 🙌

Firstly, thank you all for trusting me with such a huge feature piece for your space. It means a lot to be given complete creative freedom on something this important.

This was a fully hand-created 9 metre long feature wall designed to replicate oversized polished marble/stone slabs using layered texture, washes, veining and polishing techniques.

The goal was to create something elegant and natural looking — soft movement, deep fractures, subtle detailing and a polished finish without it looking overly glossy or artificial.

Every crack, vein and texture was created by hand to give the wall depth, balance and realism from every angle across the full space.

Seeing the final Foundation Church logo sitting within the design really brought the whole piece together.

Really proud of how this one turned out 👌

Oxidised emerald × polished brass.

A layered mixed media surface created using beton stucco concrete plaster and brass liquid metal to achieve an aged architectural finish.

Texture, depth, oxidation and light movement were the focus throughout this piece.

Kitchen all plastered last week.

A lot of covering up on this one as it was a brand new kitchen that went in and then needed plastered afterward which wasn’t ideal.

Looks the part now tho and will be looking perfect once it’s all painted.

Been working on a new marble effect sample this week for a potential job coming up.

Layered Venetian plaster, liquid metal brass and gold leaf to build up natural movement and texture. Really happy with how the veining came through on this one. 😍

All done by hand — every piece comes out different.

One side of the wall had to be straightened out with bonding plaster before the finish coat.

The brick area in the middle is being kept as a feature so didn’t have to do that

All looking good and ready for painting now 👍

Got the call in from a lovely couple to plaster this custom media wall with built in shelving and fireplace. All skimmed out and left with a smooth finish ready for decorating.
