Mk2 fez front wishbone on the bench today to be replicated.

As you can see the original arm has failed

We made up a jig to keep every mounting point pinned and then broke it down and salvaged all the rod ends etc to rebuild a new arm. Original arm is 2mm cds the replacement is 2.5cds customer wanted them to be abit more robust but keeping in mind you’d rather these failed on impact than bending the car. Will finish them up tomorrow and add in additional brace after the tube has fully cooled to prevent blow out.

Ktm 990 in for exhaust work. We where supplied with what i believe to be a exhaust designed for the previous model 890r and asked to make it work. As they say.. hold ma b**r 😂.

First time using this product and I’m like 50/50 on how I feel about it. Very time consuming to be fair.

Iv not taken the shielding right up to the t25 fl**ge because as anyone who’s worked with one will know the issue you can have getting pins in with a 3” downpipe so I left it a little short to help accommodate the bolts.

Had this merc in on Friday/into Saturday to have the new titanium exhaust removed (customer) didn’t like it and at the same time we took the opportunity to install a aftermarket downpipe..

now I can’t stress enough how much of a pain in my ass this task was. Every single fixing/ clamp and sensor was a total pig to access and we had to take far more of the car apart than we would of liked just to gain access to remove the original downpipe and cat. We also had the pleasure of dealing with the damage caused by the garage that removed the original exhaust to install the after market one. Hangers up front torn and then Chopped off 🤦🏻‍♂️ there was others ways to remove it chaps.

Ps titanium exhaust will probably be available for sale if you fancy it get in touch and il put you and seller together

Anyone had any experience with this product? Seems you can just spray it on with a conventional setup or am I missing something

Audi A6 2.0 TDI – Celtic Tuning Remap

Another one on the rolling road for a Celtic Tuning remap, with before and after dyno runs to show the actual gains.

Before:
194 BHP / 301 lb-ft

After:
236 BHP / 362 lb-ft

+42 BHP
+61 lb-ft torque

A really strong improvement from the 2.0 TDI, with a noticeable increase in torque and much stronger performance through the rev range.

We can carry out Celtic Tuning remaps with before & after power runs, so you can see exactly what your vehicle is making before and after the remap.

Little more progress on Tommy’s civic.

I’m never satisfied so after a few days reflection and thoughts i decided to move the radiator again 🤦🏻‍♂️😂. Brought it forward and raised to and reduced the tilt. This allowed me to open up the bottom section of the exit duckting so it’s not basically leading into a wall at the bottom. 80mm radius to help lead the air up and out. Was hoong to have a more gradual transition from vertical to horizontal up and over the inlet but these k24’s a fecking tall 😂 will have to wait and see what I’m left with after we open up the bonnet to allow it to pass through. Again like in the past don’t jump to judge because this is fare from complete. Two 12” fans for the sucky suck suck 😂

Cooler was straight forward enough only small complications is the distance from charger to intercooler inpet. Was to short to alloy a 63mm bends due to radius so we opted for 51mm same a charger and opens up immediately just before the entry to cooler and we decided to divid the hotside of cooler to help with efficiency. 45mm wastegate tied back into hot side to regulate extra boost top end. Hot side stops you pre heating the cooler before then dumping hot air. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂. Keeps the system more efficient. 75mm cold side

Not gonna lie kinda nervous about cutting the bonnet open because I canna put it back 😂😂😂

So here’s another we built b204 this time tho again on a f23 box as previously cables have been shortened to suit. Loads of work went into this one. 👌
