Carpet in a bathroom?! 🫣😮‍💨

Our customer in Portlethen bought this house earlier in the year and hated the bathroom since they moved in.

There was carpet tiles stuck to vinyl tiles.. then tiles on top of tiles on the walls. It was a real DIY special 😬

Aqua panels were from , along with the flooring. Vanity’s were from and the tray/screen combo and mirror was from and the ceiling panels were from

Customers were delighted with the outcome and we were very happy too!

A beautiful 2 tone kitchen designed and supplied by Lisa along with 50+m2 of rigins vinyl click flooring laid

Our customer was away on holiday for 5 weeks and asked we carry the work out in this time to save disruption. Kitchen was ripped out, room was prepped, electrician and plumber first fixed, kitchen fitted and flooring laid, tiling carried out, all with time to spare.

28m of garden fence along with x2 gates to puppy proof a garden for a lovely family in Cults

The customers original fence was 30+ years old, had been “modified” over the years and had to go. It didn’t put up much of a fight to come out.

New posts concreted in around the numerous tree roots, 22m of 3ft fence tapering up to a 5ft section at the back for privacy, all in time for the new puppy arriving next week.

Hardwood worktops…😍

This kitchen was started by someone else, due to injury though - they weren’t able to complete. We got a call asking if we’d help out.

The family were left with the no kitchen for nearly 7 weeks and hatches up in the floor. They had young children and dogs so our priority was making the room safe and bringing in some organisation.

There were some challenges along the way but we have brought their vision into a reality..

A Wren supplied kitchen, 40mm oak worktops with a 60mm walnut wrap around breakfast bar. Worktops rubbed down and coated 3x with oil just gave them a beautiful finish

Second fix electrical to be done, decorating then we will get the up-stand fitted and the kitchen is ready to use

Some recent work carried out for & in their home 🏡

They had bought some Bio-Ethanol fires which they wanted integrated into a media wall and also fitted in their kitchen

Also carried out some panelling to the livingroom walls and hung a picture in their bathroom

Now plastered, painted and fitted out with logs into the recess - it looks amazing!

From plans to reality..⬅️
Small kitchenette recently carried out with
The customer was a dog kennels/groomers so we carried this out at a weekend to try work in with their quietest time
They requested no plinths so it was easier to clean any dog hair from under the units and we also fitted the washing machine on casters to make it easy to remove for cleaning.
Their old kitchen was falling apart but had done them well for 10 years. (Forgot to take a before picture🤦🏽‍♂️) we had this designed by to create more space and storage for them incorporating a midi-larder as we were restricted with ceiling heights.

A small deck completed earlier this year for on one of his jobs.

The space was filled with an over grown shrub before but this was all dug out, fence erected on the right hand side and the dead space utilised with a new timber deck.

Was an awkward one to frame and deck with angled cuts on both ends shaping round the old fence buy we got there and the sun was shining the whole time! 🌞 😎

Small garden tidy up done with ROK Groundworks earlier this year.

Garden was overgrown and getting difficult to maintain so ROK dug the garden out, I stuck up a hit and miss fence to give some privacy from the main road then Danny levelled the garden and tidied it up with a layer of pink granite chuckies.
