🚧 Driveway transformation completed this morning 🚧

Another driveway finished by SMM ABERDEEN LTD.

For this job, we removed the existing driveway and widened the area to create space for an additional vehicle, as well as improving the drainage before laying the new tarmac.

We always put a lot of attention into the drainage side of our driveways. No cheap plastic channels here — where drainage is required, we use heavy-duty cast iron gratings that can handle vehicles driving over it and is built to last.

A good solid base, proper drainage and a hard-wearing tarmac finish — done properly from the ground up.

A nice Sunday drive up to Buckie today with the Bobcat e10z to get started on tidying up this car park. We cleared away plenty of overgrown grass and moss, and also gave the walls a good pressure wash.

It's not something I get to do very often these days, but there's something really satisfying about watching years of dirt and grime disappear. There's still plenty to do here, but it's great to have made a solid start, and it's already looking much better! 🚜

A recent thermoplastic road marking job completed in Buckie. This job was for a local bus company who requested us to mark out their yard at appropriate spacings with yellow markings, to act as a guide to their drivers when parking their varying sizes of buses.
