Another job completed.

This project initially focused on resolving a drainage issue by installing a channel drain along the property. However, after assessment, the decision was made to lift the existing block paving and replace it with tarmac throughout.

A practical upgrade all round — eliminating ongoing w**d growth and the need for regular re-sanding, while improving drainage performance and overall finish.

Another job completed at Roam N’ Roost, Drumoak. This time, we brought in a larger excavator and a road roller to help minimise disruption to operations at this busy site.
The project involved removing tar planings and replacing them with 20mm gravel. A significant amount of material was both removed from and delivered to site, with a lorry hired for the full day to manage the workload.

🔨 New Wooden Side Gates Installed – Kingswells, Aberdeen 🌳

Another job completed today in Kingswells, Aberdeen. We’ve just finished constructing and installing these two custom wooden side gates, built to fit the property perfectly and provide both privacy and security.

The gates were made using quality timber and fitted to give a strong, durable finish that will stand up to the Scottish weather while still looking great.

Transformation Complete! 🏡✨

Over the past while, we've had the privilege of working on this incredible backyard transformation. Despite the challenges the weather threw our way, we’ve successfully completed the job, and the results speak for themselves!

The access to the garden was particularly challenging due to the steep inclines at both the front and rear of the property. However, with careful planning and a dedicated approach, we overcame these obstacles to bring the vision to life.

Here’s what we achieved:

🔨 Excavation & Material Removal: We excavated the entire site, removing over 60 tonnes of material to ensure the perfect foundation.

🪚 Paving: Laid a stunning 120 Bradstone concrete paving slabs (600mm x 600mm), creating a sleek and modern finish.

🌿 Sleeper Retaining Wall & Steps: Installed a sleeper retaining wall, complete with steps to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

🌱 Garden Returfing: The garden was returfed to bring back its lush green appeal, making the space feel fresh and inviting.

🔒 New Fence & Access Gate: Built a robust 1.8m high fence with a new access gate, ensuring privacy and security while adding a clean, modern touch.

This transformation was a true team effort, and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.
