MTM Construction is looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a hands-on role.

🔧 **What You’ll Do:**
• Coordinate transport, deliveries & collections
• Manage yard operations (loading/unloading, stock control, equipment allocation)
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers & site teams
• Support the workshop to ensure plant is serviced & ready
• Keep the yard safe, clean & well-organised

👷 **About You:**
• Yard or construction plant experience helpful
• Strong organisation & communication skills
• Practical, proactive & able to work independently or in a team
• Basic IT skills
• Forklift/telehandler ticket is a bonus (training available!)

We are looking for a Building and Civils Estimator to lead estimating activities across a wide range of projects—from £100K to £10M—in the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
