Busy first day for our Business Manager Lynn, who is representing Viewport3 on the 12 week Help to Grow: Management Course at Robert Gordon University, alongside 29 other businesses.

A great opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, share experiences, and build skills to support the next phase of growth.

Riser deformation detected… what next?
For one operator in the Norwegian North Sea, the only answer was Viewport3.

We guided the ROV team to capture precise subsea 3D scans -no excavation, no delay.

The data confirmed the riser could remain in service and allowed engineers to build a retaining clamp that fit perfectly on the first attempt, in order to hold the flexible in it’s new ‘shape’.

Results:
✔️ No riser replacement required
✔️ First-time-fit engineering enabled by accurate 3D data
