A huge thank you to for inviting us down to their factory in Worcester! 👏

We had the opportunity to see first-hand how their boilers are manufactured, learn about the history of the company, and gain a much deeper understanding of the engineering and innovation behind their products. It was an incredibly insightful trip and very impressive to see the whole process in action.
To top it off, we were also treated to some goodies! 🙌

Thanks again to the Worcester team for their hospitality and sharing their knowledge with us.

This new piece of equipment is just too good not to share!

Had a recurring leak to deal with yesterday that only showed itself overnight…

Checked everything — joints, pressure, pipe runs — all completely fine while we were there. Typical.

Instead of tearing the place apart, we decided to try out one of the new leak prevention sprays by HydroSeal we’ve been given to test.

Gave the suspected area a light spray before leaving and let it do its thing.

Came back this morning… completely dry.

What’s interesting is the spray doesn’t actually seal anything solid — it creates a kind of surface tension barrier that “discourages” water from escaping in the first place.

Only thing we did notice… the pipe now has a very strong smell of mint and is noticeably shinier than the rest of the system.

Customer’s happy, leak’s gone, and the pipework is arguably the freshest it’s ever been.

We’ll be keeping a can of that on the van from now on!
