Been busy past month, some repairs some new installs. Unfortunately had a 4 month job cancel due to budget cuts, but only took 2 weeks to fill those 4 months 🤣. Only have a few days free over the next 6 months.
Burnt out motor which had to be chained 3 different times to get it out.
Working in some very clean areas and some not so much.
Finished the mcc been working on for 3 months looking tidy in there.
Installed another massive motor.
Pulled a cable 250m by myself which was not fun.
Did some work on an underground conveyor system, not my best panel but was abit time constrained

A few more weeks of work done, now for abit of rest for a week before I return, well hopefully no one calls with an emer...

Been a busy few weeks normally I'm doing maintenance and repairs, but recently I have been able to work on some new projects, installing motors lighting emergency systems and conveyor systems on a cement plant, lots of hard work but still enjoyable.

Ar this moment i currently have work booked up till the end of the year with only a few days free, I guess companies like what I do 🤣

Busy few weeks.
Dug out and replaced some speed senors on conveyors that I had bypassed a few weeks prior.
Found some melted cables on a contactor due to loose connection.
Added some outside lights
Fixed a PC tower, not my normal job but still in my scope.
Swapped out a 3 phase air compressor
Added lights to an oil store.
And found some lovely burnt out bottle fuses on an ashphalt plant which i will fix this week
And many other jobs I should have taken pics off

Last week pulled out an 2000kva generator (40ft container)as it was playing up and replaced with 2x 1000kva generators at 1 of my sites bit of a fun job only has a few days then will be back on mains power.

Busy few weeks as normal 🤣 i always get the fun jobs. spending much of my time in the quarries, ashpaglt and cement plants these days.

Failing thermal overload on the recrush panel, swapped out all good.
Installed a generator change over switch to an off grid energy system.
A few burnt out contactors.
Some outside switch fuse spurs for an outdoor water feature.
Pulled out an air compressor which had no air filters installed so that's ruined.
Repaired a blocked solenoid for dust suppression system.
Installed a secondary isolator for a conveyor system so can be isolated at either end.

Last month was a fun 1, lots of issues.
Changed the electric actuators on the pe**er
Sorted out why this motor was jaming
Sorted out crushed wires on this crane
Someone had been borrowing neutrals which is very bad
Capacitor box is completely falling apart will fix later but replace the blown cap
Installed a new contactor and thermal overload despite the mess of cabeling
And some had done a number on this electric gate control box 🤦‍♂️

Busy start to the new year allready.
Fixed a dc inverter board, had blown components, all fixing and reinstalled.
Bottle fuse holder, contactor and thermal overload all having thermal damage but got to it in time, all replaced and working great.

In the past month I have installed a large pump and control panel for a quarry in north hereford.
Compressor for a biffa recycle center in Cardiff.
A back up emergency generator just before the storms hit.
Aswell as a few battery storage systems.
Aswell as alot of fault finding in quarries and ashphalt plants.
Been a busy few months.
If you have a job that needs doing.
