🚐⚡ Breakdown Call-Out – Mercedes Sprinter

We were called to help out with a recovery to London with a Mercedes Sprinter Luton van that had broken down and couldn’t continue its job.
After inspection and diagnosis on site, we found the issue was a failed crankshaft pulley ⚠️

This can cause serious problems if left, including belt issues and loss of auxiliary drive.

One of last week's jobs We had a van in from new customer Soltyer Ltd with multiple warning lights showing on the dash.

After a full diagnosis we found:
⚠️ Faulty EGR valve
💨 DPF badly blocked

While carrying out checks we also discovered:

💧 Coolant leak from the water pump
To get everything sorted properly we carried out:

✅ EGR valve replaced
✅ DPF issue rectified
✅ New timing belt kit & water pump fitted

Van is now running spot on and back on the road 🚐✅

🔧🚐 Renault Master ad blue faults 🚐🔧

A Renault Master came into the workshop with emissions warning and anti-pollution faults showing on the dash.
After full diagnostics, the fault was traced to a failed NOx sensor, caused by water ingress into the sensor plug, leading to incorrect readings and warning lights.

✅ Work Completed:
• Fault finding & diagnostics
• Identified water ingress in NOx sensor connector
• Ad blue system repaired
• Cleared fault codes & carried out road test
Another issue sorted and the vehicle back on the road running as it should 🚐💨

🚛 late night call outs🤠

We were called out to one of our fleet customers crash cushions, suffering from reduced power and an engine management light while on the road.

🔍 After full diagnostics, with dealer level diagnostics & wiring diagrams the fault was traced to a failed turbo actuator.

💡 Due to parts availability and overall cost, it was more economical to replace the complete turbocharger rather than the actuator alone.

✅ New turbo fitted
✅ Faults cleared and road-tested
✅ Vehicle restored to full power
✅ Back on the road with minimal downtime
