Job description
Three Maintenance Services Limited have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Roofers to support housing contract around Dudley and Birmingham on a subcontract basis.
The role is to carry out all types of roofing repairs, including roof line works.
Three Maintenance Services Limited successfully provide Facilities Management services in technically demanding environments, and our portfolio includes some of the UK’s best-known companies, providing stand-alone hard services, planned and reactive maintenance and technically led FM solutions to single and multi-site operations.
Must have the following:
· CSCS Card
· DBS Basic Check (we can arrange)
· Qualifications ( City of Guilds, NVQ)
Must be competent in all aspects of roofing including:
· Pitched Slating and Tiling
· Soffit / fascia installations
· Leadwork
· UPVC
· Single Ply System
· Liquid Coating
· High Performance Felt System
· Mastic Asphalt Roofing
· GRP
This job is for a skilled roofer only.
We are looking for a good, all round roofer to join us, with their own van.
Excellent rate of pay offered for the right candidate.
To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator, excellent customer service skills, with the ability and organisational skills to plan effectively and efficiently.
