Working in close collaboration with Renishaw Engineering , we utilise advanced CMM inspection systems fitted with high-precision probing technology to deliver exceptional measurement capability. ⚙️

The Renishaw probe allows us to capture highly detailed data across every tooth profile, surface and geometry - even on the most complex components.

This level of control is essential when supplying into aerospace and defence programmes, where performance, safety and reliability are non-negotiable.

Working with trusted partners like Mazak Europe , Citizen Machinery UK , Fritz Studer AG and Gleason we produce high-spec components day in, day out for some of the most demanding industries. ⚙️

From gear blanks through to bearing components, we consistently work to extremely tight tolerances, down to 3 microns, ensuring every part is set up for success in the next stage of production.

We also run processes that allow gears and splines to be machined in a single set-up, helping to reduce handling, improve consistency and maintain tight control over accuracy throughout.

We’re excited to share that we’ve completed the acquisition of Lush Heat Treatment under G.S. Precision, Inc. - another step in strengthening our vertically integrated manufacturing capability. 🙌

Bringing heat treatment into the group strengthens our control over some of the most critical stages in the process, helping us drive even better consistency, quality and lead times, while also building on established approvals with organisations including BAE Systems , Lockheed Martin , Meggitt and others.

For our customers in Aerospace, Defence, and Space, that level of control really matters when performance and reliability can’t be compromised.

It’s a further move towards a more complete end-to-end capability and we’re looking forward to the opportunities this creates for our teams, partners and markets.

A morning in the EDM dept is always a good start to the day. 🙌

With our hyper-wire EDM machines, we can achieve 3-micron re-cast layers, allowing us to create complex parts with extremely tight tolerances.

This precision means every component meets the exacting requirements of Aerospace and Defence, 𝙣𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 how intricate the design.
