- Stripped old bathroom furniture, tiles and flooring adjusting necessary hot/cold/waste/heating pipework to accommodate for new layout.
- Repaired walls to allow for level tiling base.
- Reinforced floor and laid new ply flooring.
- Fitted bath into position ready to begin tiling.
- Constructed shelf between bath edge and wall to allow for storage.
- Built new boxing around internal soil pipe.
- Tiled and grouted around bath, basin and toilet area.
- Decorated wall adjacent to toilet and behind heated towel rail.
- Installed electric shower, shower screen, basin, vanity unit and close coupled toilet.
- Siliconed around bath, basin and shower screen.
- Installed heated towel rail.
- Installed blind within window recess.

Powerflush carried out last week on a Rayburn boiler and combined cold water storage and F&E tanks with a magna clean installation, the system wasn't extremely dirty but had been added onto a lot for new radiators, which most of the radiators had been undersized for the room sizes being one of the main causes of the system struggling to heat the house efficiently, once the powerflush was carried out there was an instant increase in the amount of heat the radiators were putting out and after balancing the system the customers said it was 100 times better, another happy customer after using our services.
