Another job completed ✔️

The first two rows of paving slabs had to be lifted due to being laid directly on mud, which had caused movement and created a trip hazard.

Slabs and mud removed and a new solid base installed before relaying the slabs to provide a safe, long-lasting finish.

✅ A new step was also constructed for the rear doors

✅ And some new coping stones fitted around the raised border to give it a clean and tidy appearance.

A great transformation that not only improves the look of the garden but also makes it much safer and more durable for years to come. 🔨🏡

Even with the bank holiday and the heat, the job still gets done.

Another Dunster House installation coming along nicely — still a fair bit to go, but it’s taking shape well.

We had a small setback with the base not being perfectly level, so a timber frame was installed to allow us to get everything spot on and perfectly level before continuing.

Sorting out a poorly installed edging around these slate chippings 👌

The original border had little support and was starting to move out of line, meaning the slate wasn’t being properly contained. reinforcing the edging with sufficient support, straightening everything back up and making sure it was solid and fit for purpose.

✅ Border reinforced properly
✅ Edging straightened and secured
✅ Slate retained correctly
✅ Clean and tidy finish

This loft had very little insulation and no proper boarding, making it hard to use and inefficient at holding heat. clearing the area, improving the insulation coverage, and installing strong loft boarding to create a cleaner, safer and more practical storage space.

✔ Loft cleared and prepared

Another job wrapped up this evening 💪

No matter how busy things get, the standard stays the same — get in, get it done, and do it properly.

This one involved a full clear-out of an overgrown area that had become unusable. All dirt, brambles, weeds and debris were cut back and removed right down to the concrete pad, restoring a clean and functional space.

All waste taken away, disposed of responsibly, repurposing the dirt and leaving the area ready for its next purpose.

Out with the old, in with the new 💪

After some strong winds, this fence took a hit — with two sections completely down and a third wall already loose and unsafe. The best option was a full refresh to make sure everything was solid and built to last.

Old panels and unstable brickwork removed, new brick wall rebuilt, and fresh feather edge fencing installed to give it a clean, sturdy finish that will stand up to the weather 🌧️

Another safe and secure boundary completed 👍

✔️ Installed new feather edge fencing
✔️ Built and fitted access gates
✔️ Finished with a fresh coat of paint to perfectly match the existing building
